While our classes are our bread and butter, our monthly ‘community’ activations offer a variety of wellness experiences for you to try. From brunches to yoga to mental wellness sessions; our expanded wellness menu empowers our community to seize their health journey, embracing progress over perfection with the same audacity as our tagline suggests.

Briana Thompson, Founder & CEO
Briana created Spiked Wellness as a result of her lived experiences. Despite her inherent passion for wellness, she often found herself feeling like an outsider in various spaces, frequently being one of the few, if not the only, Black woman present. Coupled with the heartbreaking loss of loved ones to preventable diseases, these experiences served as the driving force behind her mission; it's deeply personal to her.
Briana firmly believes that health forms the cornerstone of a fulfilling life in every aspect, and she is dedicated to ensuring that Black women and allies feel acknowledged and supported on their healing .

We aim to improve generational health and reshape societal norms surrounding wellness through education, support, and mobilization. Our commitment is to diversify the wellness space, advocating for representation in race, culture, body types, and socioeconomic backgrounds. By embracing individuality and celebrating diversity, we believe we can inspire positive change and create a healthier, more inclusive world.
